Boundaries Without Guilt
Protect your capacity, communicate your limits and stop treating exhaustion as the price of being a good parent.

Inside this course
Boundaries are one of the most misunderstood ideas in family life. They are frequently confused with rejection, rigidity or selfishness, and so exhausted parents avoid them and pay in resentment instead. This course reframes boundaries as a form of care — for you and for the people who depend on you — and then gets practical: identifying where you are overextended, finding language that is clear without being harsh, and holding a limit when someone pushes back.
You'll finish with
- Understand boundaries as protective structure, not rejection
- Identify where your time, energy and emotional capacity are overextended
- Use clear boundary language without lengthy justification
- Hold a boundary through disappointment and pushback

Boundaries are not a personality you acquire. They are sentences you practise and structures you build.
