Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to give you access to your learning, we never sell your information, and you can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

01

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the platform and give you access to what you purchased.

  • Account details — name, email, and a securely hashed password.
  • Purchase records — which courses, pathways or membership you hold, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
  • Learning activity — which lessons you have opened and which resources you downloaded, so your progress is saved.
  • Thrive Concierge conversations — kept so you can return to them and so we can monitor safety guardrails.
  • Basic technical data — device and browser information for security and performance.
02

What we do with it

We use your information to give you access to your courses, save your progress, send essential account and purchase emails, answer support questions, and improve lesson quality.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

03

Children and teens

Accounts are held by adults. Teen-facing material, including the Mental Health First Aid companion, is intended to be used with parental awareness. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.

Please do not enter your child's full name, school, or clinical details into Thrive Concierge. General descriptions are enough for it to help.

04

Thrive Concierge and safety

Thrive Concierge messages are processed by our AI provider to generate responses. Conversations are reviewed only where our safety systems flag potential risk, or where you ask us to look at a conversation for support purposes.

Crisis language triggers automatic display of local crisis resources. This is a safety feature, not clinical monitoring, and it does not alert emergency services on your behalf.

05

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate: hosting and database infrastructure, a payment processor, an email provider, and an AI model provider. Each receives only the data needed for its function and is bound by its own confidentiality obligations.

06

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

07

Retention

Account, purchase and progress data are kept while your account is open, and purchase records are kept afterwards where required for accounting. Thrive Concierge conversations can be deleted by you at any time from your dashboard.

08

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email info@thrivefamily.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your access to purchased courses, and because all sales are final this cannot be reversed or refunded.

09

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls so your records are only reachable by your account. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.

10

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will note the update date here and, for significant changes, email account holders. Questions can be sent to info@thrivefamily.co.
