Terms of Use

Clear, plain-language terms covering your account, your purchases, how you may use our content, and the limits of educational material.

Last updated July 2026

01

Agreement to these terms

Thrive Family Co. ("Thrive", "we", "us") provides educational parenting courses, printable resources and AI-assisted educational support. By creating an account, purchasing a course or pathway, subscribing to Thrive Essentials, or using any part of this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or use the platform.

02

Educational purpose only

All content on Thrive Family Co. is educational. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical advice, or a treatment plan, and using this platform does not create a therapist–client or clinician–patient relationship with Sian Trombley or Thrive Family Co.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make regarding your family. If your child is in crisis or you are concerned about immediate safety, contact your local emergency service or crisis line.

03

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one household. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

  • Do not share your login with people outside your household.
  • Provide accurate contact and billing information.
  • You must be 18 or older to purchase. Teen-facing material is intended to be used with parental awareness.
04

Purchases, pricing and payment

Individual courses are $99 one-time. Complete Learning Pathways are $349 one-time, paid in full. Thrive Essentials membership is $39 per month, monthly only, cancellable at any time from your dashboard.

Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases. Purchases already completed are not affected by later price changes. Thrive Essentials never includes access to premium courses or pathways.

05

No refunds

There are no refunds at any time, on any purchase — courses, pathways or membership payments. Because every course is previewed in depth before purchase (full lesson outlines, sample lessons, sample printables, and a complete free mini course), you are able to make a fully informed decision before paying.

Cancelling a membership stops future billing; it does not refund payments already made. Full detail is in our Purchase & No-Refund Policy.

06

Licence to use the content

When you purchase a course or subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material and to print worksheets for use within your own family.

Licensed professionals may use printables with their own clients only where a course explicitly permits it. Everything else requires written permission.

  • Do not resell, share, upload or redistribute lessons, videos or PDFs.
  • Do not use Thrive content to train AI models or build competing products.
  • Do not reproduce content in paid workshops or programmes without written permission.
07

Thrive Concierge use

The Thrive Concierge and teen companion are AI-powered educational tools with safety guardrails. Responses may be incomplete or imperfect and must not be relied on as clinical guidance.

Do not use Thrive Concierge for emergencies. Do not attempt to bypass its safety guardrails. We may limit or suspend Thrive Concierge access where use is abusive or unsafe.

08

Intellectual property

All lessons, worksheets, illustrations, curricula, branding and written content are the intellectual property of Thrive Family Co. unless otherwise credited. Third-party books, apps and resources referenced in handouts remain the property of their owners.

09

Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or reorganise course content over time; purchased courses continue to include updates to that course.

10

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Family Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or the application of educational content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course, pathway or the most recent month of membership.

11

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, share content unlawfully, or misuse the AI tools. Where an account is closed for a breach, no refund is issued.

12

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Thrive Family Co.' place of business. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@thrivefamily.co.
