Creating a Sustainable Family Life
Build a family system that shares responsibility, protects capacity and supports everyone more effectively.

Inside this course
Individual recovery cannot hold if the system around it is unsustainable. This final course looks at the household as a whole: how responsibility, planning and emotional labour are currently distributed, which coping strategies have quietly become permanent, and what a realistic redesign looks like. You will finish with a family responsibility map, a support network plan and a 30-day sustainability plan.
You'll finish with
- Identify all visible and invisible household labour
- Move from helping to shared ownership
- Give children age-appropriate responsibility
- Build routines and systems that survive a hard week

Sustainable family life is not a destination you arrive at and keep. It is a set of structures you maintain, review and rebuild as circumstances change.
