Rebuilding Energy & Capacity
Move beyond survival mode with realistic routines that support your physical, emotional and cognitive energy.

Inside this course
Capacity is not the same as effort, and it is not restored by motivation. This course looks honestly at what actually governs your energy — sleep, nourishment, sensory load, executive functioning, medical factors and the sheer volume of daily decisions — and helps you rebuild in a way that fits a demanding life. Rather than adding routines, most of this work is about removing friction and designing for your lowest-capacity days instead of your best ones.
You'll finish with
- Understand capacity as a resource rather than a matter of willpower
- Recognise the effect of chronic stress on executive functioning
- Support sleep, nourishment and movement without perfectionism
- Reduce daily friction and unnecessary decisions

Capacity returns slowly and unevenly, and it returns faster when demand falls than when effort rises. Keep the low-capacity plan, keep the anchors, and protect the margin.
