Who this is for

Children who say they feel 'weird' or 'sick' but cannot name anxiety.

How to use it

  1. 1Print it, or open it on a tablet — it is designed to be written on.
  2. 2Complete it at a calm moment, never in the middle of a difficult one.
  3. 3Where a child is involved, invite rather than instruct; their input is the intervention.
  4. 4Revisit it weekly for a month. Small, repeated use is what changes the pattern.
Therapist note

A worksheet does not fix anything on its own. What helps is the conversation it makes possible — and the fact that you and your child are now looking at the problem together rather than at each other.
