Who this is for
Tweens and teens whose planning capacity has not caught up with their workload.
How to use it
- 1Print it, or open it on a tablet — it is designed to be written on.
- 2Complete it at a calm moment, never in the middle of a difficult one.
- 3Where a child is involved, invite rather than instruct; their input is the intervention.
- 4Revisit it weekly for a month. Small, repeated use is what changes the pattern.
Therapist note
A worksheet does not fix anything on its own. What helps is the conversation it makes possible — and the fact that you and your child are now looking at the problem together rather than at each other.
