Routines

Less friction. More rhythm.

Therapist-created routines for the parts of family life that ask the most of us: mornings, after school, homework, screens, evenings, bedtime and everything in between. Not rigid schedules. Just enough structure to make the next thing easier.

Why routines

Some family struggles are not really about the thing everyone is arguing about. They are about transitions: stopping one thing, starting another, holding five steps at once, moving when a brain is not quite ready to move.

A good routine takes some of that work out of the moment. Each of these is a flexible framework built around a place family life commonly gets stuck, with the sequence, the words, the snags and a low-capacity version for the days when the full thing is not happening.

Use the whole routine, borrow one piece, or change what does not fit. The routine works for your family, not the other way around.
